Lamplit Farms

I have been told that the mac version does not work properly (at least without a mouse attached) so apologies about that, I don't really have a way to test it

Welcome to Lamplit Farms! In this horror farming simulator made in 4 days for the GMTK Game Jam 2024 (THEME: BUILT TO SCALE) you can- you guessed it- farm!

Your objective: Earn as much money as possible before your inevitable demise at the hands of the various monsters around the farm

CONTROLS:

•  WASD/ARROW KEYS to move
•  MOUSE to aim
•  RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON to shoot / plant crops / use the watering can
•  LEFT MOUSE BUTTON to navigate menus
•  E to interact with most other things
•  HOLD SHIFT to zoom out your camera (consumes fuel)

Press 1 to Equip your SWORD

Press 2 to Equip your GUN

Press 3 to Equip your HOE

Press 4 to Equip your WATERING CAN (once you buy it)

Here is a small guide for anyone who is confused since i didn't add a tutorial

- There is a shop where you can buy more seeds, a watering can, more ammo, and more fuel

- In the house you spawn in if you press E near the chest you can swap what seed you have equipped

- There are a lot of places to farm around the map, don't just stay in one spot

- Since people seem to have trouble with the sword: yes it does damage, it just does very little damage (i could have sworn it did more damage, sorry) and you just need to swing a lot to kill with it
